If I like a book, I mean really like a book, I read it again and actually highlight some passages. This is a book that I will definitely read again! Somehow, K.C. Falls made me physically feel Raina's hurt and pain. When she hurt, I hurt. I mean, I literally felt a tingling pang shoot up my arm, butterflies flutter in the pitt of my stomach and an ache wedge deep within my heart. For an author to be able to elicit such an emotional and physical reaction from a reader shows that the author has talent, and believe me, K.C. has it in spades!!! If you're looking for a hot and steamy story that also pulls at your heart strings, this book is for you!!! I give it 4.5 stars!!!Product details

I really enjoyed reading this story. It had substance to it as well as hot sex. So many books I have read recently has pretty much been hot sex and very little substance to the story. The characters fit well together, Tristan grabbed my heart. Well done!
This book nicely wrapped up the 3 short story novella's. it was nice that Tristen shared why he felt the way he did about living in the moment! It was nice that Raina was able to get the information she wanted and needed and didn't have to "fight" for the information that most authors have their heroines face! Very enjoyable read!
Love the way this story was told as expectations were discovered and eventually realized. A great trilogy (love story) of how even the strongest people have pasts and insecurities, but with the true love of another, they learn to overcome! Tristen was intense at times cause he seemed to always be in control until he met feisty Raina- she opened his eyes and heart again
I was surprised with this whole trilogy, but the ending was the biggest surprise. I thought i would not like Tristan, but I really like the way his character developed. Raina was a great leading lady. This just took some different turns that what i am used to seeing in these types of books.
I don't usually read erotic novels. This series was recommended to me by a friend, and out of respect, I downloaded the first free book. Initially I skipped over the "descriptive" passages, but the character development and plot were so well written, I found myself breathlessly reading every word! I couldn't wait to get to the end of all three in this series! K.C.Falls is an eloquent, earthy writer. I can't wait to move on to her other books!!
The story was great. So much detail to everything going on and the feelings involved. My only complaint is the end felt rushed compaired to the rest of the story. Maybe a fourth book woulda been better to end with the HEA then the rush in this one. Now still the questions of her fathers problems are still hanging, also how the relationship morphed from arms distance to never to part in just the last few pages. But over all I feel 5 stars about the story. It had everything I good story should have and kept me wanting more with each chapter.
